This course covers all areas of a typical home inspection and more.  Some sections of this course are outside the scope of a typical home inspection but are provided for those inspectors who wish to learn more.  Also, some sections of the course may not be relevant to the area of the country you work in. 
 
Instructions:
  1. Go to the very, very bottom of the home page of http://www.nachi.org (scroll down).
  2. Click the Tip-of-the-Day frame to make it large.
  3. Read, study, take notes.  There is no rush.  It is not timed.  You can take it as often as you like.
  4. Close that window.
  5. Hit your own refresh button on your own internet browser (if you can't find your refresh button, ask a teenager).
  6. Go back to step 2.
